Exchange Curves: Amide proton exchange curves for Lys24 in dilute solution (blue triangles) and in 10 g/L p-NIPAm-co-AAc (green squares). Values for k obs are 7.53 ± 0.05 × 10-5 ± s-1 in dilute solution and 4.55 ± 0.05 × 10-5 s-1 in 10 g/L p-NIPAm-co-AAc. These uncertainties are from non-linear least squares fitting and are smaller than the uncertainty from triplicate analysis.
