Plus symbols correspond to PT-gliadin: galactomannan mixture with a PT-gliadin mixture ratio of ~4:1 (fitted line 2) and the circles (fitted line 3) with the ratio ~ 1:4. Both sets of mixtures show significantly higher extrapolated s20o values and higher concentration dependencies of s20, consistent with a significant interaction.
