Reference scenario are the average of the free energies of the DNA secondary structures obtained from one scenario. LE-MA conditions with a range of LE values = [50–250 bp.], TE = 37 °C and MA = 0.02 mM. Transition status are the average of the free energy of the DNA secondary structures obtained in scenario LE-MA
