  1. Each Table entry presents the mean ESD and standard deviation (SD) for 5 homology models generated using Modeller. The modeled structures were constructed by back-prediction using the crystallographic template structures and their sequences (from 2B4C and 2QAD). Electrostatic potentials for each family of 5 homology models were calculated at 0 and 150 mM ionic strength. The goal of this comparison is to assess the effect of structural variability, observed within each family of 5 homology models, on the calculated ESDs.
